Extravagant not cloning
After a disconnection, I put down Extravagant . At the start of my next turn, it should have cloned the Thousand-Year Storm (my only nonland permanent), but it didn't.

Is this a bug (e.g. after resuming from the disconnection)?
Or did I miss something (e.g. an opponent permanent preventing the clone)?
