Mechanic doesnt work
stir up trouble wont let me target artifact. lost draft game because of it

Stir Up Trouble clearly says only "destroy target creature", destroying an artifact is never even on the table with this card. The additional cost is to sacrifice an artifact or creature or pay 4. But in your screenshot, you are asked to choose a target, for the "destroy target creature" effect of the spell.
