Sacrificing treasure tokens created by an opponent's Vraska, Betrayal's Sting doesn't seem to count towards the Big Spender achievement.

Vraska turns creatures into Treasures, but it does not make them Treasure tokens. The Big Spender requires Treasure tokens to be sacrificed. Even turning a token creature into a Treasure this way won't suffice, since "Treasure token" is a specified kind of token within the game, and only those count.
