Unforgiving One not triggering correctly and ignoring modified creatures
Propagator Primordium has spore counters on it and Unforgiving One when attacking ignores those counters and does not trigger its effect on attack.
EDIT listed in log under "Unhandled StaticList CounterTypes" listed for card Propagator Primordium - confirms that the game's code is failing to recognize the digital Spore counters as functional assets

How many modified creature did you control at the time? And was there a valid target for that number? If you only had Propagator Primordium as a modified creature, then without a creature card with mana value 1 or less in your graveyard you cannot legally put the trigger on the stack, so it is removed right away.
