The Great Goblin
The Great Goblin bug. Their 2 damage triggered ability did not proc once in my Standard Brawl game just now. Earlier today it worked no problem in a Pick-Two. Uploaded Log

The trigger targets. If you can't legally target the opponent, maybe because they have hexproof, then you can't put the trigger on the stack and it is removed right away.
