Played in four events assuming I'd be keeping the cards are the description said, seemed like a heck of a deal. Finished the last one, no cards in collection. Read a forum post elsewhere saying the description was changed, took a screenshot (attached), logged out and back in, lo and behold, description was changed.

The cards are whatever I guess, but I'd at least like my 4k gold back.

I want the cards I was supposed to be able to "add to my collection" and/or a refund of my 2k gold. Event is a scam - marketed as "non-phantom" but absolutely is, Didn't get to keep cards or even the 1 pack I was supposed to be guaranteed! Not to mention rampant cheating from bots / other players who view my hand, manipulate card draws, god knows what else I haven't observed. Shameful.

I'm a little cross with you guys. I know it was only 1000 gold, but I would have preferred one pack of Avatar or Final Fantasy. I spent the gold here however because it seemed like a great deal on a special event day. Lo and behold the event is phantom and I dont get any of the cards, I feel kinda cheated. Can I request my gold back, or at least the pack I would've gotten?

Event does not give cards as described. Clearly there is not enough people responsible for event management. Always disappointed when such rookie mistakes come through, it's not the first or second or third time an event description was faulty or misleading or straight up false.

Joined and completed the yargle day event, and despite the event description stating at time of writing "The cards will be added to your collection", they were not added.

Yes the event clearly said "you will get to keep the cards" when i entered.

Now they suddenly decided it would be phantom and they completely removed the description of the event rules instead.

Very dishonest.
