Purchased Drakuseth card in the store and now the game says I don’t own that card as I try to locate it and add to my deck

The store offers cards and styles. The triangle in the lower left of the image tells you which is which. The tooltip of the enlarged image also tells you if it is a card style. You bought a card style, not a card.

The game is heavily rigged; real-life decks work much better. I hope the developers responsible for this RNG get terminal cancer.
Don't give these scumbags any money; stay F2P or delete the game.
