The deck builder UI behaves differently when building a battle deck which causes much frustration & it seems ridiculous that anyone would ha
When deck building,For all deck types except battle, when you touch a card in the in-the-deck / below the line area, it becomes less covered and shows the (-) (+) for changing the number of that card in your deck. This also makes it easier to touch&hold to expand the card to the larger image with scrolling text ( if it overflowed the allotted space). But if the deck you are building is a battle deck this identical action has a different effect that is the source of much frustrations - instead of becoming uncovered and providing a better view of the card and a bigger target for a finger to touch&hold to see the large image of the card , the card instead get’s removed from the deck so quickly that if you couldn’t clearly read the cards upper left text in the moment you touched it you also need to figure out which card it was. This is obviously due to the one per rule for battle decks but this behavior is surely unintentional- as it would be just as simple to uncover the card and only show the (-) button (because you can’t have two the suppression of the (+) is the only difference necessary). Especially now that you can’t Touch&hold to see larger card image (one of the two most recent updates removed this ability - which is also confounding, but one thing at a time) when looking at the cards in your collection (above the line area).
I just quit building battle decks because of this interface conundrum because I would keep removing cards unintentionally as I tried to get a better expanded look at the card’s specifics as I tried to cut down to 100 cards.
