Ygra, Eater of All + Unable to Scream Bug
When Ygra, Eater of All is enchanted with Unable to Scream, the ability "Other creatures are Food artifacts in addition to their other types" is still active while "Whenever a food is put into the graveyard from the battlefield, put two +1/+1 on Ygra, Eater of All" ability is the only one disabled

Not a bug. Due to the layer system of applying continuous effects, ability losing effects cannot shut down type changing abilities. Type changes happen in layer 4, while ability losing comes later in layer 6. The ability generating the type change IS lost, but not before it already had its effect. Furthermore, rule 613.6 makes it so, that additional effects of the type changing ability are also still applied, even if those effects happen after the ability has been removed.
613.6. If an effect should be applied in different layers and/or sublayers, the parts of the effect each
apply in their appropriate ones. If an effect starts to apply in one layer and/or sublayer, it will
continue to be applied to the same set of objects in each other applicable layer and/or sublayer, even
if the ability generating the effect is removed during this process.
