Indestructible failure
I have had The Walls of Ba Sing Se out a number of time which gives other permanents I control indestructible. My Planswalker will even have the indestructible icon on it, then someone walks over with a creature, hits it and destroys it. This should NOT be happening. Nothing should have been able to do damage to it. If it wasa creature and some gave it -4 -4 i would understand, but just walkeing over and doing damage to something given an indestructible icon... shouldn't be happening.

When a planeswalker takes damage, that many loyalty counters are removed from it. Being indestructible does not prevent damage. If a paneswalker has 0 or less loyalty counters it goes to the graveyard as a state base action. This is not destruction. Being indestructible is usually only useful for planeswalkers when it comes to actual destruction effects like Hero's Downfall.
120.3c Damage dealt to a planeswalker causes that many loyalty counters to be removed from that
planeswalker.704.5i If a planeswalker has loyalty 0, it’s put into its owner’s graveyard.
