Charge counter given falsely
A number of times i have thrown out a land on MY side of the board that I control, and a counter will be placed on an opponents card with landfall. Their card clearly says it adds a counter when a land THEY control enters. SO why is it giving THEM a counter when its MY land that I control??? You need to fix this!
