Ozolith target
Ozolith doesn't work properly. when you have no creatures, Ozolith wants to force you to put its counters on an opponent's creatures. It doesn't give you the option to not do so.

Like all optional triggers, they have to be put on the stack, which includes all that that entails, like choosing modes and targets. That part is mandatory. You can decline when the ability resolves. You are not given a choice to put the trigger on the stack or not, you are given the choice to execute its effect or not, during its resolution.
