1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

1) Cast a spell with mana value 4+ which the spider mana dork that untaps itself from SPM is on the battlefield, without using said spider.
2) Enter full control in response to the trigger order popup (so you can tap it for mana before it untaps itself once the triggers go on the stack).
3) Opponent concedes while triggers are stacking.

Concede animation plays. game locks. No victory screen, no returning to menu. I can't pull up the escape menu, so had to force close MTG Arena.
