Palace Jailer
Incorrect rules interactions.
During a Cube draft game, my opponent played Palace Jailer and removed one of my creature. Then i exiled from the game the palace jailer.
The next turn, i became the monarch by playing "Fall from Favor", BUT my creature didn't come back from the exile zone.
