Captain Marvel Power
Today, while I play against an espleth stormslayer's player.
He uses 2 mana to activate Captain Marvel power-up ability even though he had just played the card that same turn.
Can you check if that's a bug or something more, please?

Power-up has a discount equal to the card's mana cost when used on the same turn the creature entered the battlefield. This reduction even covers colored mana symbols. It is inherrent to the ability.
