I'm not getting any confirmations that my tickets are being read. There is no phone number I can call either. This is a horrible support experience.

This website is complete ********. I actively hate this company because they make enough but can't be tasked with basic ****.
I can say whatever the **** I want right now, and I'm listening to you more than an entire company.
