Could not cast Teyo, Lightshield Expert with A white and a Red open. It effectively lost me the game.

Yuriko, Blade of the Mighty is a card in the set, disallowing all players from casting spells during combat.
Is this going to be the new Voice of Victory, where people keep complaining for years on end about not being able to cast spells at times when those times are when that card is on the field?
