Hello I recently purchased for 10k gems the Foundation Deck: Jace, Multiverse Architect specifically to get her the card avacyn angel of horror. Although she is available in that deck she is not in my collection. I would either like you guys to correct this making her playable or refend my gems please

I understand it is not legal in some forms but it should be legal in others like brawl or historic but the card doesn't even show up in my inventory

Since that Avacyn is a commander card, it is not legal in many formats, including Standard, Alchemy, and Pioneer.
