Hall of echo did not copy creature
I used Hall of Echos pay five to copy a creature that did NOT have summoning sickness. It sacrificed the land and then did NOT make a copy of the creature.

That creature was most likely a base 0/0. Since copying does not copy counters, that land became a 0/0 creature and was put into the graveyard for having 0 toughness.
