Platinum Tier 1 not progressing after 6 consecutive wins of Standard Constructed

My constructed rank appears to be stuck at Platinum Level 1
The normal pip/progression indicators are no longer displayed on my profile > Constructed Rank screen
More importantly after this happened despite many games, I kept count but I won 6 consecutive ranked games and still my profile shows Platinum Tier 1 and there are still no pips/progression indicators displayed or the expected promotion to Diamond Tier 4. The rank appears to not be updating despite the games being completed normally.

The game is still rigged; if you're F2P, you get ****** hands and ****** draws—it's impossible to play, lol.
Don't give money to this scummy company; I hope MTGA gets sued—or they don't make any money and they have to shut the game down.
