Oko, Thief of Crowns Ultimate gave taken creature summoning sickness
As the title says I turned a Chalice of the Void into an Elk with Oko and I blieve two turns later stole that creature with Oko's Ultimate and the stolen elk had summoning sickness and should not per the rules.

A creature changing controllers causes it to be summoning sick. Because summoning sickness affects all creatures under your control, that you did not continuously control since the beginning of your most recent turn. How long a permanent has been on the field, or how long it has been a creature, is irrelevant.
302.6. A creature’s activated ability with the tap symbol or the untap symbol in its activation cost can’t
be activated unless the creature has been under its controller’s control continuously since their most
recent turn began. A creature can’t attack unless it has been under its controller’s control
continuously since their most recent turn began. This rule is informally called the “summoning
sickness” rule.
