Triggers and automatic resolve
My opponent was trying to destroy my creature, i had a response but casting it involved untapping a land with lost jitte. So i put that effect on the stack and before i could add my protecting spell on the stack, once the jitte resolved i had no chance to cast my spell and my oppo's spell resolved l. I should have had the opportunity to cast my spell.
For the record i was playing on my phone.
