Spell Snare Still on the Stack after Attempting to Cast

My opponent casted Voice of Victory during his turn. In response, I casted Spell Snare to counter. However my device (Android) switched connection from WiFi to cellular data causing the bug. As soon as I reconnected, the spell was on the stack and thinking that tapping the resolve button would have Spell Snare counter the Voice of Victory, I tapped the said button. After that, the Voice of Victory still resolved and my Spell Snare remained to be floating on the screen which is crucial as it ended my run in the Standard Event due to the incurrence of my 3rd loss. It would have been fine if the Spell Snare went to the Graveyard but to no avail. As I continued to play the succeeding turns, the Spell Snare stayed on the screen during the rest of the game. I hope to get refund on my coins or perhaps resolve this bug in the future.
