Unable to attack with surveilance phantasm after surveiling with 0 cards in library
I was unable to attack with a surveilance phantasm after surveiling with an empty library. This bug DIRRECTLY resulted in me losing a game in contender draft that I would otherwise have won as I had lethal on board if the surveilance phantasm could attack.
