"Banned as Commander" has Destroyed Casual Brawl Matchmaking
The implementation of the "Banned as Commander" system infrastructure has completely broken the casual Brawl queue.
By rewriting the backend calculation to accommodate dual-banning tags, the hidden deck-weight algorithm has fundamentally collapsed. Meticulously engineered, low-weight, insulated casual decks are now suffering from massive queue bleed, constantly being paired against oppressive, top-tier engines like Pantlaza and Ygra.
Furthermore, keeping these pushed, format-warping powerhouses entirely legal in the 99 completely defeats the purpose of tiered queues. High-power cards bleed straight into casual mid-range matchups, forcing the entire format into a hyper-efficient, Turn-3 sweat-fest that mimics competitive Standard.
The "Banned as Commander" feature is an utter failure for queue health. It has ruined format variance and forced casual players into constant Turn-Zero concessions just to protect their sanity. Please fix the cumulative 100-card power calculation and isolate casual deck footprints.
