Zimone
Zimone, Analyst of the Infinite, does not reflect its true abilities... Every spell cast with an 'X' cost should place counters on this creature... Then, when you cast your next spell with an 'X' cost, it should cost less mana based on the total number of counters on Zimone... But this isn't happening...and therefore, in my case, provide more counters

Both of Zimone's abilities only apply to the FIRST X-cost spell you cast each turn, as per the abilities's text.
