Fiendish Panda
Fiendish Panda's effect to return Inspiring Overseer from the graveyard to battlefield did not trigger when I used Moment of Craving on the panda in order to trigger the effect.

The Panda died while having just 1 power due to Moment of Craving reducing its power. Therefore any creature card with mana value more than 1 is not a valid target.
