Cast away doubt plus tomik izzet sparkmage bug
Casting Cast away doubt with a Tomik Izzet Sparkmage dealt 3 damage to me despite Tomik saying If a source you control would deal noncombat damage to an opponent or a permanent an opponent controls, it deals that much damage plus 1 instead. it is functioning as those tomik said to a player instead of to an opponent
