Crashing Footfalls is a Suspend 4 - {G} card with no mana cost, that means it has an effective mana value of 0. Casting any 1 mana spell in a green+ commander while only having this as a 0 mana value spell results in inevitably cascading into this spell, creating 2 4/4 tokens in play turn 1, which is stupidly unbalanced and restricts commander choice to green to keep up with decks who run this. Players will often build their decks around this card as well.
