[Bug] Spells cast but not yet resolved do not count as cast for purpose of achievements
A spell that is at the state of comprehensive rule 601.2i is considered cast (and in arena this is when the animation to put the spell on the stack completes).
If the opponent concedes when he has priority (not being able to concede at any time per 104.3a is a seperate bug), spells that are cast and on the stack do not count towards achievements based on cast spells.
