Lands are colored permanents. Bloom Tender is broken.
Basic lands are inherently colored permanents, why doesn't Bloom Tender count them? With one of each basic land, BT should be providing 5 mana on activation.

Reszaahan doing the ******* work around here and laying the law down. AGAIN. These "wizards" ain't ****. You're being PAID TO BE A WIZARD and you can't even do a fraction of what this guy does for your customers.
Get in line behind a real pro, because whatever they pay you, it's too much when this guy shows you up for free daily.

You have it exactly backwards. Lands are inherrently colorLESS. Basics are no exception.
Color is derived from three things: 1) the colored mana symbols in the mana cost, 2) color indicators on the left of the type line, and 3) effects that give/change color.
A land does not have a mana cost so can't get color from it. Almost all lands do not have a color indicator (Dryad Arbor being the exception), so that does not give it color. So if there is no effect making it a color, a land is colorless.
-----------
105.2. An object can be one or more of the five colors, or it can be no color at all. An object is the color
or colors of the mana symbols in its mana cost, regardless of the color of its frame. An object’s
color or colors may also be defined by a color indicator or a characteristic-defining ability. See rule
202.2.202.2. An object is the color or colors of the mana symbols in its mana cost, regardless of the color of
its frame.202.2b Objects with no colored mana symbols in their mana costs are colorless.
202.2e An object may have a color indicator printed to the left of the type line. That object is each
color denoted by that color indicator. (See rule 204.)202.2f Effects may change an object’s color, give a color to a colorless object, or make a colored
object become colorless; see rule 105.3. -
