Implement card limits in constructed decks in standard if players want to play over 60 cards they can do that in commander latter not standard limit decks in standard to a maximum of 70 cards only in constructed standard anything over that should be marked as invalid

And why would a bigger deck be a problem? It does not change the number of cards one sees during a game. And every card you do not get during a match may as well not exist. That goes for 60 card decks as well as 250 card ones. A bigger deck gives some protection against milling decks, but that comes at the cost of consistency.
It is not your job to dictate how your opponents build their decks. It is your job to deal with whatever they bring to the game. If you can't, you and/or your deck needs improving.
