(bug) Leyline of transformation with Figure of fable
If you have a "Leyline of Transformation" active with "soldier" named, then activate the 1 mana ability of "Figure of Fable", "Figure of Fable" will cease being a "soldier" and will become a "scout". "Leyline of Transformation" should be a continuous effect, not an effect that is applied on creature/spell enter. "Figure of Fable", in that case, should be a scout AND a soldier, not just a scout.

It is a continuous effect. So is the type changeing from the Figure itself. Since both change the subtype, they apply in the same layer, and the effect with the later time stamp wins. Since you activated the Figure after the Leyline came down, the Figure's own effect has the later time stamp and overwrites all previous subtypes. Because unlike the Leylne, it does not have the clause "in addition to its other types" or anything similar.
