My MTG Arena account is stuck in an endless "Waiting for Opponent" matchmaking session.

Every time I launch the game, I am automatically returned to this screen. The timer continues indefinitely, and the Cancel button never appears.

I have already:

• Restarted my computer.
• Restarted my internet connection.
• Disconnected and reconnected my internet.
• Completely closed and relaunched Arena.
• Attempted to log out using ESC.

Nothing has worked.

This appears to be a server-side matchmaking session issue. Please have your technical team clear or reset my active matchmaking session so I can access the game again.
