How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Please add formats like Modern and Legacy into Arena eventually. There are large amounts of people like me who would very much like to play them and put money into the game in order to play them, yet refuse to play MTGO (because of its horrible UI) or paper (I prefer playing lots of matches daily, and in a videogame rather than a physical card game with social interaction).

    I am sure that you would make great amounts more profit if you added such older formats to Arena. There must be very large amounts of people like me who are…

  2. Going second ruins gameplay

    Went second 7/8 of my last games, wiping me out of two drafts. I find that going first or second is bursty. Either I’m going 2nd all day or 1st. At this point I’m stepping away from the game and might try again in a few years if bo1 ever starts to rotate position.

  3. More Friendly AND Competitive Game Modes

    1) Two-Headed Giant

    2) FNM/Event style modes, available for friendly battles

    3) Historic Brawl

    4) Ranked Brawl

    5) In Friendly Brawl matches, and all game types, allow for best of 3.

  4. 'unusued' mastery pass orbs should just be randomly given to you

    'unusued' mastery pass orbs should just be randomly given to you

    I obtained the mastery pass and had finished it a week ago and was just getting infinite cards as a reward for a week. I forgot to place the orbs - i had all of them. I won't get credit for them now that the mastery pass has expired(I thought it expired next week, not now).

    If at the end of a mastery pass you haven't placed them they should just be given randomly to you.

  6. Lost Connection symbol

    When the game crashes or the client has temporarily lost connection. Can you show a broken connection symbol so the other player knows you are not roping them on purpose.

  7. XP Not adding properly

    I had 25 / 1000 toward my level, I finished a daily quest worth 750 xp (lost the match, so no other XP was awarded) and now I am at 575 / 1000. (PC Platform)

  8. We need Four Player Free for All private games

    Many of my friends and I have agreed that until Four Player Free for All private games are added MTGA is the inferior format. It's why we tend to play paper instead when we get a chance. Once this format is added to private games I think a lot more of my group at least will transition to MTGA.

    I can't play because as soon as I try to open a game, a draft or similar, it gives me this error unity 2019.4.5f1_81610f64359c, how can I do? is it possible to fix it? I read that several have complained about this problem but you haven't solved it yet. How long will we have to wait? Thank you.

  10. Auto-tapper sucks

    I really wish we could turn off the auto-tapper on Android. Or turn on the confirmation of auto-tap. I've lost way too many games to the game tapping in ways that make no sense based on what I have on the battlefield or in hand.

  11. "Waiting for server" forever

    PC, freshly downloaded, opened my old account, then started to complete the "Color challenge" in order to be allowed to play normally, at the very last challenge (where you play with the White deck against the real person), it suddenly says "Waiting for server" and it keeps showing it forever.

  12. Suggestion: "Report Abuse" button

    So often I run into games where it becomes clear that my opponent is more than likely going to lose and then they suddenly stop playing. It is uncertain if they have lost connection, or if they walked away just to be a jerk. But you are left with no other option than to sit there over multiple timeouts and play waits until you win by timeout. At which time it is clear that they walked away to be a jerk.

  13. Truly Randomize Opponents

    Please randomize opponent pairings in the Standard Ranked format. It's fairly obvious that certain deck types/colors are always only paired up against certain other deck types/colors. Players should randomly face opponents of the same rank. Otherwise, why have a stratified system?

  14. QUESTS MISSING. NOT EARNING REWARDS

    I'm missing my quests all of a sudden and I'm not earning any gold or XP for winning games.

    Everything was working correctly when I played my first game today. All subsequent games don't have rewards and the quests are gone.

    Let me just start by saying, I’m not sure if this is the right method of contact for my inquiry but after hunting for a contact method for a long time, this is what I stumbled upon.   18. Unlimited deck storage on local disk

    I've found myself limited by the deck slots available to me. I know that it is possible to export and import decks, but the process is a bit tedious if repeated often. Since the limitation is probably there to prevent people from spamming the servers, I wonder if it would be possible to have a checkbox somewhere in options to enable storing your decks directly on your local disk instead of the game servers, without any deck amount limit. That would really be handy for people who want to have a larger creative freedom, since the only issue it virtually…

  19. Ugin is an un-fun design cannibal

    Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is a design cannibal. Arena would be a more diverse and enjoyable game without him.

    Playing with him:

    Ugin undermines the design choices of the decks that use him. There are lots of very interesting top-of-curve spells that could be used in long-game decks. When Ugin was reprinted, the hard work and creativity that went into designing those cards was stamped out by one obvious 'best' solution. Ugin (and to a less offensive extent, Ulamog) are the best top end for virtually any long-game deck. None of these decks need Ugin, but all of them are…

  20. Can’t attack on iOS

    I was in a match between 11:30-11:55 CT on March 27th. Against an opponent who had an Azorious control deck.

    We were deep into the game, 10+ turns. When I tried to attack with a Vampire of the Dire Moon and Varragoth. I also had a Tergrid’s Lantern out. The only option I had was Attack All or No Attack. Didn’t matter how many times I clicked on my creatures. I wanted to just attack with Varragoth. But even when I clicked Attack All, nothing happened.
