How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Since Brawl is a multiplayer format, any plans to bring it into Arena with the support for the format as a multiplayer (4 play option) Brawl as a singleton variant to 1 v 1 plays more like duel or who can counter who, the appeal of the format in paper is it's likeness to Commander and a deeper social mechanic that influences the game deeper than just cardpool. The roadmap currently for Arena doesn't mention this.

  2. Rearranging sleeves order in sleeves collection

    I would really appreciate if there was the possibility to rearrange the sleeves' positions in my collection, they are stored in the order I get them, but I would like to reorganize them.

  3. Cannot build or edit deck

    When I try to build or edit a deck, the screen goes to the loading server screen and doesn't go past it. The same issue occurs if I try to view my collection. This started about a week ago. I am using an Android device.

  4. Deck win loss stats

    I have never played the card game but did play the original computer game. When I saw the MTG arena I thought I would give it a go. I still have some trouble trying to figure out how some cards and decks work but playing helps solve that. With the ability to have so many decks and I am sure many with better knowledge than me have purpose built gimmick decks, I think there should be a win/loss tracker for your saved decks.   6. Ranked queue for Brawl

    Please consider creating a Ranked queue for Brawl. It would give players another option to earn rewards for those who do not want to play Standard, Historic, or Draft.

  7. Lend decks to your friends

    Hey, so you know how as a heavy magic player and collector you've always had this friend or bunch of friends who would have a blast playing, but didn't have the time or money to invest in their own deck?

    Playing with pre-mades quickly got boring because they always need a bit of work and polishing to truly shine, so they end up becoming your new deck testers.

    Could this become a thing in MTG Arena? I for one would love to give my friends who are new to MTG a chance to get a good taste on the game…

  9. Imporved Search function & Organize Sleeve Collection

    I have two suggestions I think would be a solid addition to the client.

    First, and most important. There is no way currently in the client to search for keywords based on mechanics that use only a symbol. For example, the energy mechanic cannot be search and filtered through what is currently available in the client. This makes deck building tedious and difficult. Myself as well as others would prefer to either add the symbol in as a filter option or associate the symbol to the keyword it is referring to.

  10. MTGA is trash, WoTC is greedy

    For all the money WoTC makes every year you would think they'd offer a better quality service than this MTGA bullsshhiitt. Just about every aspect of the software is awful. I've also noticed that the bullshiitt "unity crash handler" they run along with the main software causes more hangups and crashes than it helps, it also eats up an unbelievable amount of memory for all it functions as. You can run the game without unity crash handler with absolutely no problems at all. Also, with the advent of this game on mobile devices I see a lot of lawsuits on…

  12. [mobile] We need a way to provide IN-APP feedback. The current way is prohibitively clunky and you're losing out!

    I just tested the app for the first time (Magic player since the late 90s, played Arena during beta) and wanted to give some suggestions.

    • the app then redirected me to this website
    • where I had to log in
    • I then typed a collection of suggestions in one post because there was no way in heck I was going to go through this multiple times
    • and to top it off, the "post idea" button didn't work (latest Chrome on Android), so I couldn't submit my post. (edit: this may have been due to the screenshot I was attempting to attach…

  13. Implement AI Difficulty Levels for 'Sparky'

    I'm a casual Magic Arena player. I enjoy playing Arena. What I don't appreciate about the game is the horrendous difficulty level of the AI 'Sparky'. I feel as though it's completely unfair that if I decided to play against an AI opponent, it's basically a guaranteed win because the AI is quite possibly the dumbest, most powerless opponent of all time. Why am I forced to play against other people?! This is extremely frustrating to players like myself who want a fairly challenging opponent without getting dismantled by more experience players who do nothing but download prem-made decks off…

  15. Community's Market

    Add a marketplace where players can trade cards to each others for coins ir crystals. This should help players to discard cards that are not desired, and get the cards that are needed to build the deck the player want.

    I'm on Mac, and when I click the gear >> Options (for the Graphics options or exiting the game) the text isn't showing up in the buttons.

  18. Ban Esika, God of the Tree in Brawl

    Esika makes an enchantment your commander (basically impossible to deal with for red / black, limited counterplay in other colors except for counterspell tribal) that easily drops turn 4 and proceeds to then guarantee free bombs every turn after. And you can still cast any bombs you draw each turn as well. Sprinkle in some mana rocks and removal with your bombs and it's usually a guaranteed win. You can try placing it as a "Tier 1" commander but I think it's bad enough that a ban will be the only practical solution.

  19. Sparky Enhancements -1. Difficulty slider. 2. Deck selection, to include player-created decks

    I like to play against Sparky to tune a deck, or if I want a game faster than online, and there are two items I think would make for a better experience.

    First of all, a difficulty slider for the AI. It's a tad too easy at present.

    Secondly, and more exciting, I would like to be able to have Sparky play using one of my decks, which I would pick at the beginning of the match.

  20. Incorrect rules interactions

    I attached Mystic Subdual to an Ashaya but creatures entering the battlefield were still lands causing landfall to happen, the Ashaya had +1/+1 counters on it so it did not die from the Mystic Subdual. rare but it happened
