Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Parnesse
I was using the companion app to look up rulings on a card. The name of the card was "Parnesse, the Subtle Brush". Upon doing so, the card that it found (1/1) was "Perrie, the Pulverizer". After clicking the only option, it gave me the real card. I took a screenshot to show you. I'm using an android. Galaxy s20 FE 5G.

Add a “my decks” section to the card compendium
I think it would be really useful to have a section of the card compendium which you can recreate your decklist in. One of my favourite things about MTG is creating and modifying my decks, and it would be really convenient to be able to do that on my phone, on the fly!
you could make it customizable, so the player can decide sections for different formats; themes/strategies within the decks.
you could add a list OR card picture format to suit the deck builder’s needs
(this last one is a long shot) you could even add card recommendations or…

HTTP Error 403
For the past few days, I was unable to join events using the Companion App due to these two error.
I have repeatedly uninstalled / reinstalled the application and even reset my device and connection however I'm still receiving the same error.

Companion app doesn't show correct oracle text for keldon marauders.

Wrong Translation in Chinese
In the Chinese version, it shows Player A “战败” Player B, where “战败” means lose. It's better to use “击败” to represent ‘defeat’.

Gatherer mobile does not support the use of quotes to restrict searches (like the website does)
The card database portion of the companion app does not allow for the use of quotes to force a text search to exactly match the phrase being searched, while the website version DOES allow this. The companion app should be updated to allow this feature.
Ex. Searching for rules text formatted like: "when a creature enters" results in a search where any of those words appear on the card, not necessarily in that order. When searching for the same rules text and using quotes on the website you will only get cards with that exact phrase.

Legality of card not consistent across your platforms.
Wizards, which is it? One platform says yes, one no.

Keep getting added to pre-release events that I'm not at.
Seems that someone has my email and they're adding me to prerelease events that I'm not actually participating in. Is there some way to prevent this? I can't drop from the event because it never launches.

For an event at a store I have organizer privileges in, I can’t use companion as a player anymore.
When I am playing in an event for a store that has me in EventLink as a SK or admin, I see the screen in the attached photo when I enter the event code to view pairings as a player.

Need a way to correct mistakes.
Running tournaments at home using Companion is generally great, but sometimes an error occurs when entering match results and there is currently no way to go back and correct those mistakes. This completely ruins a tournament since accurate pairings are unobtainable. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Game win percentage can be recorded incorrectly
At a draft event yesterday I noticed a situation where game win percentages reported in the Companion app seemed to be incorrect. After each round, game win percentages averaged to higher than 50%, despite there being six players in the draft pod with no byes. A screenshot from after round 2 is attached. I believe this happened because players who lost 2-0 were given game win percentages of 33% for the round in some cases (while their opponents correctly got game win percentages of 100%). This was especially obvious after round 1 (I didn't get a screenshot at that point)…

"Get Started" then BACK loses pairings
I was playing with friends and using the companion app, which we find very helpful, so thanks!
One issue we were having was, the host would press the "get started" button too soon, and didn't want to start the timer yet. So he'd hit "back," and we'd lose the pairings altogether. He did this twice! I guess the get-started button is too alluring. Maybe an "are you sure you want to start the timer?" pop up would fix this. Or saving the pairings somehow.

Match results reset to 0 while trying to enter them
On iOS if you are tracking life and click back to event to enter your match results and quickly tap the buttons for the match results, it will briefly update to the correct values before resetting to 0-0 forcing you to re-enter the results. If you aren’t playing close attention it’s easy to accidentally enter a 0-0 result.

Can’t see backs of cards in database
When looking in the cards database of companion, I can’t see the back/Night faces of cards.
I looked in the database for the new Arlinn.
Found it, clicked on it, and saw its two names separated by //
In the page, I couldn’t find the second face, not picture or text.
When I went out to look for the name of the back, I couldn’t fins that listed among the cards.
I have no way of getting all the information of the double faced cards through this app.20 votesWe are currently working on this feature! Thanks for taking the time to post.

DMU Cards not Pioneer Legal
It looks like DMU cards don't show up as Standard or Pioneer legal yet. Please update the legality.

Search function, rotation not implemented
Searching in companion app for standard legal cards: rotation seems not implemented. It's finding ZKR, KLD, STR cards, and not DMU ones.

Cant get out of an event
I have been stuck in 2 "Steve's events" for months now. Went to a few FNM away from my home store and these guys where not versed in the apps use. I can't drop them as they never started. Creators say there is nothing they can do. Please help.

Experiencing Issues
Am unable to join events at stores, I have restarted app, phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, signed out and back in and no fixes.
