To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Recorver my collection
I went to access my MTGO account today and some cards in my collection simply disappeared. I haven't had recent access to the account and I want to know how they can resolve my issue because I paid money on these cards and I have the right to have them and use them however I want.
I ask you to please resolve this issue with my account.

The inability to search for -1/-1 in the card database

New combo set up for addition to companion
Permanent stats for single and multiple game nights. Allow cards to be placed and changes to deck and allow for weak deck makers to see if the cards they made a deck are good or bad. And use photos not screenshot to verify cards for collections.
Also have location (stores) ranking and personal ranking against friends.

Stop sending marketing notifications
What if the companion did not send spammy notifications when you have the setting turned off?
What if the setting itself had any indicator as to whether or was enabled or not?
I use the app to find my assigned table for Monday night weeklies I do not need or want extraneous notifications at 3pm on a Thursday.

Error after entering name
When prompted to enter a name, app results in constant loading.

Store locator wrong price
Some stores in the locator display the wrong price for event. Doesn't seem like a feature/bug request but I couldn't find any other way to report support issues other than this.

Attraction
Please put attractions in the subtypes for card searching. You even have Art, but not attractions!

WILDCARDS...MARKETPLACE
Nothing new I'm sure, but PLEASE allow excess cards to be traded for WILDCARDS, with reduction or a fee of course so WOTC makes money too

Often have events that have concluded in my active events
Please add a feature to remove your own events from app, especially if they started on a different day.

Companion App locked to wrong region
I currently live in the Netherlands. I downloaded the Companion app for participating in an event here, but the app will only show locations in the USA. I tried turning my location on and searching any possible Dutch location to no avail. There is no clear region setting in the app or for my Wizards account. The only thing I could think to do was change the location of my Epic Games account since I have Arena through that, but it did not help. The event is tomorrow night, please help.

Switching between languages
I'm using English cards, but have my phone set to Spanish, so the companion app only shows in Spanish, until I switch my entire phones langauge to English, where the app switches to English. Surely a way to switch languages that are present in the app through the app would be helpful? I can't find a way currently if there is one already, and it's a massive inconvenience to consistently switch between my phone's languages if I wanted to use this app properly.

Life Counter Orientation
Please stop having the life tracker face my opponent. It encourages them to put their hands on my phone which is really really gross.

Round timer issue after screensaver
Round timer return back to initial timer after screensaver. It also happen when I go to lifepoint page

Card information
I’m new to magic and one thing that would be very helpful to me would be an option to read how to use each individual card. Sometimes the hardest thing for me is interpreting the language on the card and every description just reiterates the same paragraph. It would be awesome to have a 2nd more informal definition of how to use the card…..maybe there could be an option to view images with examples using the card

Cant log into companion app - email reset broken
Account details input are definitely correct, as I'm able to log into Arena and the Wzards site. But the app does not recognise them.
Additionally the password reset function is throwing an error (see screenshot)2 votes -
Card Notes Unusable
The text for your card notes for Android users is formatted horribly. See image. Also this method of user feedback is unintuitive and clunky. It seems wizards couldn't care less about improving it's user experience. Hmm
