The solution to this problem is to just ban the cards used in the combo as it always was. But WotC seems reluctant to ban combos and cards that are overpowered and ruin the game.
The effects of Omniscience and Invasion of Arcavios were always a bad idea to put on cards especially since they enable infinite combo.
