Wizards, I appreciate that you have at least acknowledged the problem. And you did state that the patch was not exactly a fix. I am here to let you know that nothing has changed. Thank you for trying and keep doing what you are doing and hopefully this will be resolved soon. I really miss playing with family and friends.

What's insane about this bug is that we can play for 6 hours straight and then one of us gets the network error and then we can't play for 2 days. It makes zero sense.

This bug has really ruined my wife and I's nightly ritual of enjoying some Arena. Now we log in and dread whether or not one of us is going to be bugged and forced to play in the play que and not with each other.
