MTGAのシャッフル，先攻・後攻の確率，対戦相手決定は公平に行われているか？カスタマーサポートに質問しても”アルゴリズムは十分にテストされ、意図通りに機能している”とだけです。この書き方だと，公平性は保っていないことになると考えられます。カスタマーサポートに公平性は保てているか聞いても返答は毎回同じで”アルゴリズムは十分にテストされ、意図通りに機能している”だけ。
Is MTGA's shuffle, first/second strike probability, and opponent decisions fair? If you ask customer support, all you can say is that the algorithm has been well tested and is working as intended. This way of writing would not maintain fairness. When I ask customer support if they are fair, the answer is the same every time: "The algorithm is well tested and works as intended."

良い機会なので、BO1における初期手札決定のアルゴリズムについてお伝えしておきます。MTGアリーナのBO1（１本先取）のモードでは初期手札を決定する際に特別なアルゴリズムが適用され、「勝負にならない」手札になる可能性を軽減（ここが重要です）しています。BO1のモードで初期手札を引く際に、ゲームクライアントは複数の初期手札を引き、その中から土地と呪文の枚数がそのプレイヤーのデッキの期待値に最も近いものを選択する傾向があります（ここが重要です）。これにより、期待値通りの初期手札になる可能性が上がり、期待値から大きく離れたものにはなりにくくなっています。繰り返しになりますが、このシステムは理想の手札をもたらすためのものではありません。（土地０枚や土地７枚といった）初期手札の時点でゲームの敗北が決まるような状況を緩和するためのものです。
このことをカスタマーサポートに問い合わせても無視されます

私自身不利になる操作をされていますが，MTGAを始めたころ以下のようなことがありました。
ミシックランク寸前の時に
１０連続以上先攻＆最高の初期手札＆対戦相手に対応手段なしで連勝しミシックランクに昇格
※月末で月が替わる直前
今思うと露骨に操作されていたと言えます。異常な状況でした。
初心者や運営が有利にさせたい・勝たせたいプレイヤーがいるのでしょう。
運営にとって何のメリットがあるか理解できません。
操作を即刻辞めていただきたい。
どうしたらいいのか困り果てている状況です。
何かいい手はないのでしょうか？
状況証拠だけではどうにもならないのでしょうか？
MTGをまったく楽しめず，MTGAではストレスが溜まる一方です。
