Jadar says you get a Zombie token if you don't control one. Even if it did trigger twice, you would still only get one token maximum.

Thalia’s effect is an additional cost to cast a spell. It doesn’t get covered if you cast a spell without paying its mana cost, as that is just what is printed on the top right of the card

Souls and Somnophage have abilities that define their power and toughness. These are in effect at all times, not just when they are on the battlefield.
Fiend Artisans ability only applies when it’s on the battlefield because it is not power and toughness defining ability.

Searing Blaze is not on Arena. Assuming you mean Searing Blood, the fact that it got exiled explains why the opponent didn't get damaged, as the Reflection didn't die (which is shorthand in Magic for moving a creature from the battlefield to the graveyard).

As Void Rend cannot be countered, your opponent does not have to pay the 7 life. They could choose to, but it wouldn't change the outcome and would be a bit stupid on their part.

You can activate the ability of Cauldron Familiar, but it won't enter the battlefield. This is a completely legitimate play to make.
