And? That is perfectly fine. Magic only has a MINIMUM deck size for constructed decks of 60 cards. Arena has a MAXIMUM deck size of 250 cards. Magic has NO maximim deck size limit.

You are misunderstanding the situation. Their Zidane triggered to make a treasure, because you took control of it. Thus an opponent gained control of a permanent they controlled. Zidane dying to the legend rule doesn't even factor in here.
From Zidanes gatherer rulings:
If an opponent gains control of Zidane from you, Zidane's last ability will trigger and you'll create a Treasure token. If an opponent gains control of Zidane and one or more other permanents from you simultaneously, Zidane's last ability will trigger for each of those permanents, including itself. This means you'll create a Treasure token for each of those permanents, including Zidane.

Karn's Sylex prevents you from paying life. Thus, you can't pay the activation cost.

Not bugged. You DID get asked about wether you were sure to do that. That is a definite clue, that there was something that made your counterspell not work. But casting it on an uncounterable spell is still legal, so Arena makes sure. The commander was probably cast with colored mana from Cavern of Souls or somesuch.

You don't get uncommon wildcards for the excess levels. You get an uncommon from any Standard set that is Alchemy legal, with a 5% chance of it being a rare or mythic instead. Notifications are spotty, so check your vault value, gem count before and after each new level, and check your collection RIGHT AWAY when reaching a new level. Because the "new" marker on new cards vanishes when you go into the "deck" tab and don't go to "collection" (ANY deckbuilding will erase that marker, including building Draft decks).
Notifications have had issues for years, especially when it comes to the Mastery Pass. You not getting the notification does not mean you didn't get the cards. Always check right away!

Each artifact and/or ENCHANTMENT. The player has 6 enchantments on the field. All of them count. You not being able to read does not make your opponent a cheater.

Nothing to fix, all within the rules. Ashaya grants a card type, and therefore applies in layer 4. Vraska's Treasure also applies in layer 4, but with a later timestamp (not that that matters). Ability losing happens in layer 6. But since the effect already started to apply, it gets to apply fully. In essence, making permanents, that grant card (sub)types, lose their abilities, cannot shut down those abilities.

How do you expect to cast a creature card without flash on your opponent's turn?

Your "understanding" is completely wrong. Excess commons and uncommons contribute to the vault. Excess rares and mythics give you gems. You do NOT get wildcards for excess cards.

Sould-Scar Mage makes the damage not damage but rather -1/-1 couters. No damage was dealt to the Nemesis.

You can add basic lands. You are not bound to play exactly 17 lands, you could play 19, or any other number of lands.

That rule has been changed recently. Now any attacker/blocker facing multiple creatures can assign combat damage freely among its adversaries. The conga line of death does not exist anymore.
Which means, if the damage is divided among three blockers, each blocker will receive an additional 2 damage due to Torbran.

You probably ran out of cards in your library, and then tried to draw another one. That is a legitimate way to lose a game of Magic.

Not a bug. Making Kudo, or Ygra, or Ashaya, or Kaito lose their abilities is applied in layer 6. But their effects already start applying in layer 4, because they change card types. And because they started to apply before losing their abilities, they get to apply fully despite losing those abilities in between.

Orbs get card STYLES, not cards. Same with the store and daily deals. And it says so in the offer, every single time.

Boromir's ability makes the Ring Tempt You. Which means, the player gets to choose a Ringbearer. The Ringbearer becomes LEGENDARY. Since the token from Ratadrabik is created before Boromir's ability resolves, the token is around to be chosen as Ringbearer. Rinse and repeat. This is not a bug, but a known combo, perfectly working within the rules of the game.

Garruk Relentless has a state trigger. So long as its trigger is on the stack, it won't trigger again. When the trigger leaves the stack, it will retrigger right away if the condition is still true. This is how all state triggers work. The "problem" here is, that the Clever Impersonator CANNOT transform, since it is not a transforming double faced card. Copying one does not change that. (The rules are different for token copies.) So the state trigger condition remains true, and it retriggers, again, and again, and again. This is a mandatory loop and would cause a draw in paper Magic.
Arena should be able to recognize the mandatory loop and make the game a draw. Though it should allow for outside-the-loop interactions first.
Was it the mana cost of the card, or was it just a cost? Because only the mana cost is free when you discover. Addtional costs and cost increases must still be paid. Like if there was a Thalia, Guardian of Thraben on the field, then you "free" spell still costs you 1 mana.
