Instant Counterspells are not working or being triggered
As of 4/5/24, Instant Counterspells are not working or being triggered. On opponent turn, when they cast a spell (creature or non-creature), instant counterspells are not highlighted or triggered to be used.

Maybe something prevents you from casting spells during your opponent's turn, like Myrel, Kutzil, or Teferi?
