The rares and mythics you do not have are craft only, you cannot open them in booster packs. And yes, there are a lot of those in Foundations, and also commons and uncommons. Those cards were part of other Magic products for the set and thus were included on Arena, since they are legal to play in Standard.

But not a bug.

Using damage spells is the problem. "Dies to Doom Blade" requires actual destruction spells and abilities, like, well, Doom Blade, since damage itself does not destroy the creature, state based actions do. You need to use spells and abilities that actually destroy the creature as their effect.

Targets are chosen up fron when you cast a spell, and it is done so before costs are paid. So it is likely, that you selected the same creature as a target and as a sacrifice payment. So read what is being asked of you. FIRST should be the TARGET, SECOND the SACRIFICE.

Hexproof (and ward) is overwritten by Nowhere to Run's static effect. The card does not just give -3/-3.

Lack of legal target, since Osseous Exhale needs an attacking or blocking creature to target, and those only exist during combat.

For each card exiled from THE HAND the opponent draws a card.

Not as bug. Ability loss does not work against static abilities that grant card types. Because type changes (layer 4) are applied before abilities are lost (layer 6). And once an ability starts to apply, it gtets to apply fully in all subsequent layers if it has effects there. Even if the ability is lost before geting to those layers.

Because due to madness, the card was discarded into exile. When your opponent didn't cast the spell for its madness cost, it left exile and went to the graveyard. That zone change made Tergrid lose track of the card, since the discard was into exile. The card that entered the graveyard was not discarded.

Were there cards that prevented you from targeting your opponent?

Well, the second scenario is definitely NOT a bug, since the copy of Ugin's Nexus prevents you from taking that extra turn as per its first ability. I suspect the first scenario to be similar in that you probably put out another Ugin's Nexus before taking the extra turn.

No bug. In order for the Authority of the Consuls to affect the creatures, it has to already be on the battlefield. Creatures entering alongside it cannot be affected by the ability. Because replacement effects have to be in place BEFORE the event happens to affect it.

Voice of Victory is a card you will encounter in games now. It doesn't allow you to cast spells on its controller's turn as per its effect.

If the loop terminates on its own, then it's not a draw. Which is the case with this combo. The loop ends when you lose. Only an unstoppable mandatory loop (unstoppable when only using the pieces involved) ends the game in a draw.

Nothing in your screenshot looks off. The most expensive card on the field is the Primeval Titan, and that could have been cast with three lands, the two mana dorks, and the mana rock. The Mana Drain also would have given more mana (probably countered the Realmbreaker, so 3 mana for your opponent on his turn).
Which creature died and what was it facing in combat?

By what card? Was it a Nowhere to Run, or was a Nowhere to Run on the battlefield? If so, hexproof is shut down by that card's effect. And indestructible doesn't help against -X/-X effects, that reduce toughness to 0 or less. Because dying to that is not destruction.

Yes, the chance to receive a rare wild card in any pack. This has been known for years, and is repeatedly posted here.

Stop making assumptions and actually read what the quest says: You get 750 GOLD and 500 EXP. NO daily quest gives 750 exp, and none say that they do.
Your opponent probably had a Voice of Victory on the field.
