Wizbros disrespect of players and refusal to be honest about their NON-randomized algorithms is utterly appalling - this company is a disgrace.

Exactly, new and veteran players have been telling Wizbro for years that they need to have truly randomized draws and match making, but the company refuses to listen. Instead their customer service reps try to gaslight players with canned responses claiming they've been "thoroughly tested at length", and "are working as intended" - which is PRECISELY THE PROBLEM. They refuse to release any report from a 3rd party testing, or provide access to view algorithms. The scripting is comically blatant. No one has been able to replicate the horrid shuffler, or draws IRL. They seem to believe if the frustrate players enough that it'll force them to spend money to accelerate their e-card collections. Almost no one at any of my LGS is willing to spend time on Arena, they predominantly play Hearthstone instead. Brilliant strategy Wizbro!

NEVER SPEND MONEY ON THIS RIGGED GAME. Over 4 years after the OP commented and Wizbro is still disrespecting players.

I have not, nor will I ever spend a penny on this game until it is fixed. RANDOMIZE, NOW!

Over 3 years later, Wizbro still refuses to do something as simple as this. This is one of the reasons I don't spend money on Wizbro games anymore, they disrespect players at every turn.

Both mill and soul sisters are both boring, trash-player decks.

The actual problem is, as you've stated, you have a mill deck, play with something else.
The algorithms are *working as intended", meaning the rigging is intentional, and getting screwed is supposed to frustrate people into paying real money to accelerate their collections for more powerful cards faster. These two things are what make people not want to play in general. -

Don't worry everyone, the algorithms have been thoroughly tested, and are "working as intended" (which is precisely the problem!). Wizbro won't fix the problem they created without legal action being taken against them, they've shown that they just don't care about the players year after year.

Ruin Crab needs to be banned, and anyone who plays mill as well just for being terrible at the game. However, we all know that when there's a problem, Wizbro will just ignore it.

It's NOT just you, it's a well-known problem that veterin players have been complaining about for YEARS. The match scripting is BLATANTLY obvious, and Wizbro believes the can just gaslight players by responding to complaints over and over again with the same canned messages is disgustingly disrespectful to players. They REFUSE to provide any proof of their claims other than "trust me, bro" BS.
