Exquisite Blood and Marauding Blight Priest infinitely trigger each other
I've noticed in games lately that Exquisite Blood and Marauding Blight Priest have a very unique interaction where one causes you to gain life whenever you do damage, and one causes you to do damage whenever you gain life, causing one to trigger the other over and over infinitely until the other player loses the game. This means that having a 4 cost and a 5 cost black card, as well as ANY card that causes you to gain life OR deal damage, means you immediately win the game with no possibility of a counter, and can go from 20 life to 0 life on turn 5 or 6.
I'm not sure this interaction was intended to work this way, which is why I'm saying anything. It seems a little exploit-y.

Yes, it is working as intended. This combo has existed with Sanguine Bond since 2012.

“Exquisite Blood” and “Marauding Blight-Priest” produce an incite loop ending the game.
The first time I encountered this I was playing a life gain deck against a life gain deck. It got to around 300+ life vs their 10 or so. They gained one life and the game made me watch as they took one life at a time until the 300+ came to zero and theirs took its place.Someone must surely be aware of this combo being run. It’s all I’m seeing lately and it has been really hard to enjoy the game knowing this could be coming.

I've run into this combo with 2 out of three players on historic. These cards need to be banned or nerfed to not infinitely trigger each other. Does not result in a fun gameplay experience.

They still haven’t fixed this ****. I’ve run into in 4 out of 10 games already. People are completely using this as an exploit and One person even had the nerve to spam me “Your Go” when I saw what he was doing… this is ******** and needs to be taken more seriously. I even recorded part of it for the devs:

This is garbage. If it isn't fixed at least create a filter when opponent matching that puts people who use this **** against each other. Allow those that want to play for real to play against others who want to play, otherwise what is the point? Or just give them all the wins they want, so they leave players who want to play with like-minded people. You need to take better care of the people who want to play, make decks, and strategize, gimmicks are a sham to MTG and makes Arena look like it panders to gimmicks.

This just happened to me and I was like how can this be allowed

Exquisite blood should be banned, once the loop starts there is nothing you can do. All they need is 2 cards,

Not a bug, but yeah it's known and I can see how that's annoying. Try running amulet of safekeeping, whirlwind denial, angel of grace, or anything to counter or destroy the initial pieces before it can be activated, or destroy a piece in response to the loop starting. Hope this helps, and apologies if it's unwarranted.
