    You can try going to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and select "Account Issues," but I don't know if they will refund, swap, or just say "too bad."

    If you believe another player is cheating go to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and select "Report Conduct" for why you're contacting them & "Exploits" for the conduct you are reporting. Be sure to include whatever logs, pictures, and even videos that you can.

    If a timer ends and the match doesn't continue it means that you have lost your connection to the game server.
