I just logged in to report this exact thing. I'm tired of this happening and it's getting problematic.
Fresh pack. The cards wheel into view. I click a card just to consider it and suddenly I'm onto the next pack without really even having seen the other options.

All of the creatures with "all party creature types" are working this way. It might be a bug or it might be that each creature can only count one time. Wizards has done a terrible job of giving us any sort of rules explanations on this new set and the way the card text reads certainly makes it seem like a bug.

It hasn't happened on every concession but on my most recent match the opponent's avatar displayed the little "explosion" animation for concede/defeat but the network disconnect error popped up at the exact same time and then it said the match was a draw.
