Similar thing just happened to me. Opponent had put "Tamiyo's Compleation" on my "Futurist Operative." I played "Debt to the Kami" choosing enchantment and my opponent exiled "Tamiyo's Compleation." The next time I attacked with "Futurist Operative" my opponent was able to declare blockers even though it was in its tapped 1/1 state.
Edit - bug occurs in final game of attached log file.

Same here. ICRs are also not being awarded as part of the daily wins (replaced with gold).

Adding one more log to the fire. Black screen error still occurring when launching Arena (pass through initial loading then to "Waiting for Server" followed by black screen with music). The last posted communication from WoTC is a vague "maybe it's getting better" from 12+ hours ago. This is unacceptable. At a bare minimum, you need to be pushing high visibility communication updates to let people know you are at least aware there is still a widespread problem, rather than leaving people to wonder if they are part of some small minority with a bug.

Midweek magic events have been getting worse and worse recently, especially with regards to events that are denied being "all-access." Khans of Tarkir constructed was the latest, most glaring example. Instead of giving people a fun introduction to a more niche release and expanding player interest, you lock "free" weekly rewards behind a pseudo-paywall (money or wildcards spent on a card pool not legal in standard and with minimal viability in its legal formats) and give tons of people a bad impression.
